1 cup = 8 floz
1 US pint = 16 floz/1 UK pint = 20 floz
Self raising flour doesn’t always rise but you can use cake flour or all purpose flour and add baking powder.
Bread is very sweet so do check the sugar content and select a low sugar brand i.e. less than 2g sugar.
